We collect only what we need to work with you. That includes contact details you share when you reach out (name, email, company), project information exchanged during an engagement, and basic technical data such as pages visited and device type when you browse this site.
We do not buy personal data, and we never collect sensitive categories such as health, biometric or financial information through this website.
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work, and improve how this site performs. If you subscribe to updates, we use your email solely to send them — you can opt out at any time with one click.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles or automated decision-making.
This site uses a minimal set of cookies: strictly necessary ones that keep the site working, and privacy-friendly analytics that help us understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregated and never tied back to you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work.
We share information only where required to operate: trusted service providers such as hosting and email delivery, bound by contract to process data solely on our instructions, and authorities where the law compels disclosure. Client project data is handled under the terms of each engagement agreement, which always takes precedence over this general statement.
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up properly. Project records follow the retention terms in each contract, and newsletter preferences are kept until you unsubscribe — at which point the address is removed promptly. Aggregated analytics contain no personal data and may be retained longer for trend reporting.
Depending on where you live, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and ask for a portable copy. We respond to every request within 30 days. To exercise any right, email cooperate@cbayt.com with the subject line “Privacy request”.
We protect information with encrypted connections, access controls limited to the people who need them, and regular reviews of the tools we use. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care we apply to client systems. If we ever discover a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Questions about this policy or how your data is handled? Reach us at cooperate@cbayt.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved with us directly, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
